Easy Filter Plus

The Easy Filter Plus is located at the top of the unit and can easily be removed for cleaning. The filter is made of a dense mesh, effective in capturing dust, helping to keep the indoor unit heat exchanger clean and operate efficiently. Its anti-bacterial coating is designed to help you protect against airborne contaminants.^

Prevent corrosion for lasting cooling

DuraFin™ Plus

The outdoor unit heat exchanger is made of corrosion-resistant material to help protect the heat exchanger coil from rusting, helping to maintain the optimal performance of the Heat Exchanger. Its corrosion-resistance was tested using the Salt Spray Test (SST) for 480 hours“.

Auto Clean Function

When the Air Conditioner unit is turned off, the Auto Clean function automatically runs the fan on low speed for a period of time to dry off moisture within the heat exchanger of the indoor unit. This keeps it dry to minimise the growth of bacteria.

AI Auto Cooling

The AI, Auto Cooling, feature makes it easier to stay comfortable. With artificial intelligence, the devices analyse room conditions, user-preferred temperatures to automatically switch to an optimal room setting. The unit also features a Motion Detect Sensor that will register when there is no one in a room, subsequently switching modes automatically to reduce energy waste.

Digital Inverter Boost

Samsung’s Digital Inverter Boost technology is designed to maintain the desired temperature with less fluctuation and reduce energy consumption by up to 73%*. It uses strong magnets made of Neodymium and includes a twin-tube muffler, working efficiently and produces minimal noise and vibration.

Hello R32 refrigerant

A new era for air conditioning refrigerant

Samsung is presenting a new era of air conditioners with R32 refrigerant. R32 has a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) or 675 compared to R410A GWP of 2,088.

R32 is also a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) refrigerant, minimising the effects on the ozone layer.

Refrigerants are an essential part of air conditioning, so it is important to choose refrigerant that has a low environmental impact. Samsung has added a new type of refrigerant to its air conditioning range to help protect the ozone layer and to help reduce global warming.
